We designed and built a fully custom candle manufacturing system in-house, tailored to the client’s production needs and optimized for efficiency, portability, and ease of use.

Engineering Approach

We started by understanding the client’s manufacturing needs and translating them into design requirements.

 

From these requirements, we generated several potential solutions and selected the most feasible to explore further using simulation software, ensuring the design would perform efficiently before moving forward.

Detailed Design & Fabricaton

The system was fully developed in CAD, integrating wiring and electronics to ensure accurate manufacturing. Components were then fabricated in-house, allowing precise control over assembly and performance.

Testing

Candles were dipped to check that the machine met the client’s specifications. Performing tests in-house let us quickly adjust and iterate components, ensuring the system consistently delivered the desired results.

Deployment

Built for reliability and efficiency, the system combines portability, safety, built-in redundancy, and optimized thermal performance to reduce energy use.
